The firm represents clients in every facet of the real estate business including developers, lenders, brokers and others who finance, buy, sell, develop and lease real property. We provide vigorous representation in foreclosures, quiet title matters, landlord problems with tenants, contract and boundary disputes, easements and partition cases. We provide advice on various real estate title problems, including surface and mineral interests as well as farm and ranch issues. Our firm also prepares contracts and other real estate documents and conducts residential and commercial closings. In addition, the firm represents clients before local government zoning and land use boards to address permitting requirements, zoning issues and other land development problems.
